From 1 December 2014, we will be providing the opportunity for patients to complete the ‘Friends & Family Test’ after every interaction with the practice. This short survey is available under the ‘Have your say’ section to the right and in the practice (feedback box). If you’re signed up to receive text messages from the practice, you’ll get a message inviting you to complete the survey after each appointment at the practice.
This is a government initiative that all practices across the country have to implement. If you have difficulty completing this survey yourself, a family member or friend can do it on your behalf. From January, the results of this survey will be published monthly by NHS England, on the NHS Choices website. We welcome all feedback and will be making ongoing attempts to make all our patients aware of this survey.
