About Dr Kate Roy
Dr Roy qualified from Liverpool University in 1997. She joined Churchfields Medical Practice in November 2002 and has been Senior Partner since 2012.
Her clinical interests include women’s health, diabetes and cardiology. She also offers joint injections, coil fittings and contraceptive implants.
She has three children and enjoys travelling, walking and live music.

About Dr Helen Eeckelaers
Dr Eeckelaers qualified from Newcastle University in 2013. She did additional work in A&E before deciding to specialise in General Practice, completing her training in 2019. She moved to Nottingham soon after and joined the practice as a salaried GP.
Her clinical interests include Palliative Care, Dementia and Rheumatology. She is also qualified in performing a wide range of joint injections for musculoskeletal problems.

Locums
From time to time the practice will employ locum doctors to cover for practice doctors who are on holiday, involved in meetings or training activities. All locums are registered with the Nottingham City CCG.

Mrs Donnah Morris (f)

Post Graduation Certificate level 7 in Practice Nursing 2017.
Donnah Morris is our Nurse Manager and has many years of nursing experience. She previously worked in Critical Care, Cardiology and Endocrinology at Nottingham University Hospital.
Donnah joined Churchfields Medical Practice in March 2017 and has a dual role as Nurse Manager for the practice, working 50% of her time as a practice nurse and 50% of her time leading the dynamic and hardworking nursing team. Donnah enjoys the challenges of the combined role as no two days are ever the same!
Donnah’s clinical interests involve the management of respiratory diseases, diabetes and sexual health.

Mrs Paula Gullett (f)
Practice Management
About Mrs Paula Gullett
Paula Gullett is our Practice Manager. She works closely with the Doctors, Nurses & administrative team in the day to day management of the Practice.
Paula joined the team in 2017 after working for a high street bank for over 34 years.
Paula is committed to patient care and ensuring a first-class service is delivered to all patients.
Paula is married, has two grown-up children, three grandchildren and enjoys travelling, keep fit and spending time with her family and friends
The Administration Team ensure smooth running of the practice, this includes making patient referrals on the doctors’ behalf to specialist services.
