Comments or Suggestions
If you have any comments or suggestions for improving the service, you can submit them online, speak to the Practice Manager or write to us. From 1 December 2014, we will have the Friends & Family Test available, both online and in the practice, for you to share your views.
Please only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you. Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. For the complaints policy, please click on the complaints link to the right.
