Nottingham City has recently implemented a system to give patients greater choice of provider for some services linked to primary care.
If you need to have any of the following services, you can have them done at Churchfields Medical Practice, or you can go to another provider.
- Ear irrigation
- H-pylori breath testing
- ECG testing
- Treatment room services (dressings, wound checks, removal of sutures / clips and minor injury or laceration treatment)
If you choose to have your service at Churchfields, all you need to do is book your appointment with a member of the nursing team in the usual way.
If you would like to go elsewhere for your treatment, you’ll need to contact the Clinical Assessment Service for information about the prroviders available. Please note that you will need to take some documentation with you for H-pylori testing.
